All But One Small Detail

by Alicia
(Hawaii )

I have recieved a job teaching English in Bogata.
My company is setting up all details and income.
Because my husband does not have a job and is traveling with me what will the requirements be for him to accompany me.

What is the requirements for him to find work in
Columbia? Can he get a work permit? He speaks fluent Spanish and has many skills just no certification or degree in any one skill.

All information would be appreciated.

Colombian Consulates in the United States
by: GoSouthExpat

Your best source for answers is a Consulate of Colombia in the United States. Colombia does not have a consular office in Hawaii, but you could contact one of these:

You might also try contacting the United States Embassy in Bogota, Colombia. Usually the U.S. embassies have a Citizen's Service Unit or something similar. They may have a list of U.S. companies operating in Colombia.
