Articles About Culture Transition
Coaching Could Make a Difference!

Lisa Velazquez, Culture Transition Coach

This Articles about CULTURE TRANSITION Coaching Reading Room contains articles contributed by Culture Transition Coach Lisa Velazquez. Coaching can make a big difference in how you view, adjust to and experience life overseas.

Culture transition coaching is not therapy or counseling. Your culture transition coach is an active listening partner who will provide an outside perspective, resources and tools, and unconditional encouragement, and will help you to draw out your own wisdom, insights, and solutions so you can gain self-knowledge, deeper insight into your own culture, and knowledge about the new culture you’ll be (or already are) living in. You’ll work with your coach to minimize "cultural shock" and learn to fully embrace your experience.
