Couple needs a nice furnished apartment from August 10 - August 30th

We are returning to Cuenca for three weeks starting on August 10th. We would like a warm, clean, comfortable furnished apartment with some method of heating. One bedroom and one bath is fine with a living/dining area and kitchen.

We have been in Ecuador for over two months and we are now coming back to our favorite, Cuenca to look for more permanent housing. We would like to be as close to El Centro as possible.
