EL CHEAPO AMERICANOS

I came to Cuenca in September after visiting other parts of Ecuador. I loved Cuenca and the people. I moved here with my two girls as a single mom. After being here for a month I found the stress and how nasty Americans are here. All I here from these people are, don't be taken advantage of, be careful the Ecuadorians are money hungry and will take advantage because you are a gringo. It is actually the other way around. The Americans here are the ones to watch. I found a few that are here and take advantage of the Ecuadorians because they can't do it in America. They have tried with me. So to all you Americans coming here because you are angry and bitter at the situation in America GO HOME...this place and the people are great.
