I'm looking for dance schools in Sao Paulo.

I'm looking for dance schools in Sao Paulo. To learn afrobrasilian dances and also contemporary dance. Hi there, I'm a dancer (contemporary and afrocuban) and will be in Sao Paulo for 4 month. I am looking for the following places in the central Sao Paulo area:

1. A dance school where they teach the afrobrasilian dances.(Orixas etc.)

2. A dance school or studio where I can take ballet and contemporary dance classes to stay in shape, i.e. for adults.

3. A Yoga studio for Ashtanga or Iyengar Yoga

If someone can help me with this, or any advice on how to go about to find it, I am very grateful.
