Looking for one-bedroom apartment for 3-6 months

Currently living in Cuenca and want to stay longer, in need of an affordable one-bedroom (possibly 2). Would prefer to be closer-in, in or near Centro, as this is where I work.

Could go for a single room in a multiple room/shared living situation, as long as there was sufficient privacy without "stuffy" people. Would prefer not to pay more than $200/month, all included.
