In response:

Hello Brad.

Caja de Ahorros means "savings account" and in financial terms, "agobios" refers to actions people take that cause them to lose money or enter into debt or debt crisis. In essence, the two things are opposites of each other as one implies saving and the other implies getting into debt (in fact, literally the word "agobio" in Spanish, means "to overwhelm").

I've not heard of a bank called "Caja de Ahorros y Agobios" nor was I able to find one online - it sounds more like a type of account one might open or the name of a department in a bank. It might help to know which country you believe this bank to be in.

If you know, you can respond to this by clicking on "post comments" below and we'll do some further research for you.
