New flyfishing club in Cuenca

by Kent Sawyer
(Spokane, WA)

Attention fly fishermen, "Cuenca Flyfishing Club" will have it's first meeting on April 6th
at 6:30 pm at the Inca Bistro and Lounge, Calle Larga and Antonio Barrero (down the steps to Rio Tomebamba then west).

The meeting will consist of meeting fellow flyfishers, imbibing in refreshing beverages and swapping of information and tales of grandeur
and/or woe. All welcome...we don't discriminate!
No membership fees or dues...just good clean fun.

James Drummond and Kent Sawyer, co-founders

Would like to meet the fly fishing club in Ecuador
by: DrEd

I'm an overworked overstressed veterinarian with a passion for fly fishing and wanting to go where life is slower. I am also overwhelmed by "expats" who are just real estate brokers in disguise. I have lost my retirement and looking for honest contacts to meet and I have always found fly fishers to be a special type of person. I would hope to meet with the club and realize part of the lifestyle I have always dreamed of. Tight lines.
