Puerto Iguazu Airport

I can't seem to find much of anything about facilities at this airport. It will be a long series of flights between Auckland and Puerto Iguazu with stops in Santiago and Sao Paulo. It arrives at 1:45am!

Is there a place at the airport to change money? And transport into town? I understand that there is a hotel shuttle bus that sells tickets on-line, but can one just pay when one arrives?

Is there anyone out there familiar with this airport? You can answer in Spanish if you wish.
