Then there is a Christian school called Santa Cruz Christian Learning Center which is run by the World Gospel Mission. They have this online brochure:

Both are considered excellent, probably the two best schools in Santa Cruz.

School advice in santa cruz by: Anonymous
Thank you for the information...if there is anyone out there that has kids in school (my kids are ages 16, 9 and 4 1/2 year old twins) and can recommend several private schools that are either fluent in english or bi-lingual, I would appreciate it.

relocating from the usa to santa cruz bolivia by: GoSouthExpat
You'll find advice on preparing for your trip, what life is like in Bolivia right now, the school and education system (important if you have 4 children), housing and living costs, visa and immigration rules, and much more. There are about 100 pages connected just to the Live in Bolivia section of BoliviaBella.com
Of first importance will be complying with current Bolivia visa requirements. Currently Americans must have a visa to enter Bolivia and if you plan to live in Bolivia, you cannot travel on a tourist visa. You must enter the country on a Specific Purpose Visa if you plan to request residency.
Also see the Expat Services available in Santa Cruz. Live in Bolivia began as a Santa Cruz website so most of the information, other than the tourism section, relates specifically to Santa Cruz.
