Removing my ads

why can't i ever send a email to you in the contact section when i enter the word at the bottom to contact you it always says i have not entered the right word and try again....how do i contact you is this a glitch in your system ? please remove my ad "stabbings in cuenca by arron asap....thank you

Response: Hello Aaron. Thank you for writing. Our contact form is case sensitive. That may be the problem. I've checked them and they seem to be working on our end. We have dozens of forums and thousands of messages. Could you let me know which forum you entered your message into so I can delete it per your request?
