Homemade peanut butter
by: Helen

I don't know if peanuts are plentiful or inexpensive in the country in which you are living, but one thing for sure it is easy to make crunchy or smooth peanut butter. I pour my peanuts in a food processor, and blend until I get the consistency I like. You might want to add just a "small" amount of peanut oil to aid in consistency. I can assure you that homemade peanut is quick and easy to whip up. Enjoy!

Last time I returned from the states I brought new linens and two jars of peanut butter.
