Juan Carlos Granda at Cuenca Central is not to be trusted. He has refused to turn over financial documents and is holding them hostage for cash. He is owned nothing. He has lied. I have all emails and will share.

In a civilized country what he is doing is called, "extortion".

Francisco, at the same location can not be trusted. He is working with Juan Carlos Granda.

Perry at Ecuador Central real estate can not be trusted. He makes physical treats for those at Cuenca Central.

The soft talking, low talking Juan is a thief.

In defense of Juan Carlos

I've met Juan Carlos Granda and I can't believe what this gentleman says about him. He was our Real Estate Agent in Cuenca and though we ended up not moving to Cuenca, I must say Juan Carlos was at all times truthful and a gentleman. He disclosed facts about the properties we visited that I wouldn't have expected an agent to so freely disclose, he advised us about all aspects, good and bad, about living in Cuenca and was never pushy or impatient. Though we have not decided on moving to Cuenca at this time, the day we do I will most surely use Juan Carlos and Ecuador Central to help us with our move.
