What's the best hotel or bed and breakfast in Cuenca Ecuador?

My wife and I are coming to Cuenca in April and want to know the best hotel in town or B & B. I worked in Ecuador as the Country Director of CARE and visited Çuenca at times. Now it has been 37 years since there, so there are many changes. Any advice on a good place to stay for 3 or 4 nights. let me know and thanks. Charles Niemann in Missouri.
