Wonderful Housekeeper / Cook Available (we are moving from Cuenca)

We're moving away from Cuenca, Ecuador. Our loss is your gain. We've employed a wonderful, hardworking, honest, meticulous housekeeper/cook for the last 4 months. We will miss her dearly and hope to find her a replacement job before we go.

She came highly recommended by a previous gringo employer for whom she worked nearly 19 years. She has never missed a day of work in the last 4 months. We trusted her completely - even with a key to our home.

Of the many employees we've had over the years, she is by far the most intuitive and motivated. She looks for things to do and tackles them without being asked. She never sits or takes a rest except for a quick lunch (which we provide).

She cooks the typical Ecuadorian cuisine (e.g. chicken/rice dishes, a variety of soups, salads & more). She is very efficient in the kitchen and everything she prepares is delicious!

She has been working M, W & F at our home from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. She works for $3.00/hour + bus fare. She is worth every penny and much more!
